Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

The Customer Success team’s role is to train and support our clients in the everyday use of the Custobar platform.

We aim to deliver a seamless experience covering the technical integration of the Custobar platform as well as the user training for marketing specialists. This means we need to be able to speak the language of both roles. The CS team also acts as a bridge between the customer and Custobar’s own IT specialists, forwarding advanced technical issues we cannot fix ourselves and troubleshooting those we can. Working with us, you will be expected to tackle complex technical tasks and advise our IT partners.

The CS team plays a central role in helping implement the customer’s strategies, via technical support, consulting and tutoring on the use of the Custobar platform’s features. For this reason, understanding the customer’s business landscape and ongoing projects is crucial.

Our main goals are customer retention, engagement and satisfaction.

Your role

You will join a team of four people who are passionate about understanding and offering our clients the best service possible. In this role you get to work independently and embrace full responsibility. Of course you will always receive guidance and get to learn from senior members who are always willing to help.

Your daily tasks will include customer support in the support channel, (remote) meetings with clients to address issues and introduce new features and consolidating guides and training material.

You will work in unity with the Customer Success team, deal with customers daily and spar often with the tech team. This is a position that offers fast personal and career growth. You get to work with known brands and consumer businesses and help them to succeed.

What we hope from you

  • Experience in Customer service
  • Experience in Saas support is a plus
  • Ability to manage customer expectations, communicate important issues in a clear manner and handle multiple problems simultaneously
  • Ability to translate tech language to a non-tech person
  • Willingness to learn new skills, new tools and not afraid to get techy, test and investigate bugs by yourself
  • Good interaction skills and experience working with people
  • Fluent English or Finnish, other European languages are a plus
