Missing AI features? Here’s what to do
If you cannot see the new Custobar AI features (such as AI Customer Search, AI Segmentation, or AI content generation tools in the new content editor), it is because they are currently hidden due to terms.
To enable these features, please follow the steps below:
Contact your Key Account Manager
Access to AI features is tied to your specific contract and its terms. The features can only be activated once your contract terms have been updated and the latest terms are accepted.
