Besides new features and feature updates, we have made performance and stability improvements into Custobar. Introducing the Periodic Data Update feature and pilot

This new feature allows you to automate regular data updates. Whether you need to remove inactive customers, anonymise sales data after a specific time period, or eliminate sensitive fields from your data, our Periodic Data Update feature has you covered.

Triggerbee integration

Triggerbee provides a personalisation software that lets you build and publish promotions, forms, surveys, and referral campaigns on your website. We’re lucky to call Triggerbee our partner, but that’s not all: Thanks to a super smooth integration, Triggerbee can easily be integrated with Custobar!

The new integration between Custobar and Triggerbee enables you to, for example,

  • Target Triggerbee onsite campaigns based on what lists or tags customer has in Custobar
  • Trigger email or SMS automations in Custobar by sending events from Triggerbee into Custobar
  • Send form submissions into Custobar to create new contacts from your Triggerbee campaigns or enrich customer data.

Little tweaks making a big splash!

No worries! In Custobar, we've got you covered. By default, the sales tracking period is 14 days, but you can easily adjust it to fit your needs.

Gone are the days of relying on memory alone. Now, you can find the exact duration of sales tracking in your campaign stats, ensuring you have all the information you need. Take a look at the screenshot below for reference.

And here's a pro tip: If you frequently track sales and events for a different period, you can customise the default number of days in Settings - Advanced Settings. Stay in control of your campaigns with Custobar! πŸ’ͺ✨

Enhanced usability update: effortlessly rearrange folders

Experience a smoother process when moving folders and subfolders for Campaigns, Audiences, and Flows. Enjoy the streamlined functionality while maintaining complete control over everything you do in Custobar.

Find customers who benefitted from your MyCashflow discount codes

Introducing the enhanced MyCashflow integration for Custobar! Now, all discount-related data from your MyCashflow e-commerce store seamlessly flows into Custobar. Discount type, coupon id, campaign id, discount code and the value of the discount roll in with your sales data, and you can search for people based on any of these attributes.

Navigate to the Customers view in Custobar and search for "discount" to explore the various MyCashflow discount data fields and pinpoint, for example, customers who have used specific discount codes when making a purchase:

Discover how you can easily find your MyCashflow customer groups in Custobar!

In MyCashflow you may have organised your customers into groups. Now, that information is also available in your customer data in Custobar. This information is automatically updated into Custobar whenever a customer's data is modified or a new customer is added in MyCashflow. If you'd like to update this information for your entire customer base, simply reach out to support@custobar.com.

In the Customers view of Custobar, search for "mycashflow_customer_groups" to quickly find customers belonging to specific groups:
